Piercing Emergency Line

Have a concern about your piercing? Don't wait to reach out!

Our Piercing Emergency Line connects you directly with one of our professional piercers, even outside of regular business hours.
Our piercers carry this phone home during evenings and weekends and bring it into the studio each day. You can call, text, or send a photo of your piercing to get guidance on what to do next.

What Is a Piercing Emergency?

A piercing emergency doesn't necessarily mean a medical emergency!
When we say "piercing emergency," we're talking about situations where your piercing may need attention sooner rather than later, especially while it's still healing.

New and healing piercings can shrink or close surprisingly quickly, and things like excessive swelling, lost jewelry, or irritation can become more difficult to address if left unattended.
That's why we offer this resource! Whether you're concerned about something you see or just aren't sure what's normal, we'd rather you reach out and ask.

When Should You Contact Us?

  • Excessive swelling: Your new piercing is swelling, and the jewelry feels too tight or appears to be sinking into your skin.
  • Possible infection: You're noticing unusual redness, swelling, discharge, or other concerning symptoms.
  • Something doesn't look right: You've noticed a bump, irritation, discoloration, or something else you're unsure about.
  • Ready for a jewelry change? You're wondering if your piercing is healed enough to safely change your jewelry.
  • Lost or damaged jewelry: Your new or healing piercing has fallen out, gotten caught, or been accidentally pulled out.
  • General healing questions: You're unsure whether something you're experiencing is normal or need advice about aftercare.
